API missing transactions/ CSV file not being accepted from bybit

I am missing transactions from my derivatives trading

This is regarding Bybit

I have done API import on February 9, 2022 and I believe everything was correct .

I have deleted the wallet from Koinly for about 3 times now and I even tried doing the CSV files from Bybit but it had only shown my derivatives transactions and not any of my withdrawal or transfer from bybit.
