BTC Balance Not Synching Ledger Nano

Describe the problem:

I have two BTC addresses in my Ledger Nano S Plus - one for myself and one for my son. It’s reporting the totals for one BTC address, but not for the 2nd BTC address (my son’s). I’m getting this warning:

  1. Invalid address or no transactions found

An error occured while trying to sync this wallet. You can try to sync again or contact support if the error persists.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

Ledger Nano S-Plus

How did you import data into this wallet?

API

What have you tried to fix this so far?

I tried 'Trigger a full resynch" but this didn’t work. Am I missing something?

Hi @Vincent_Dickie

Make sure you are using your xpub key instead of your single bc1*** address as for blockchains that use UTXO (BTC, LTC, Cardano,…) the address changes with every transaction and the xpub is able to capture all. This is explained in Bitcoin, Litecoin, Cardano: No transactions or few txns imported.
