My BTC sub wallet from ledger wont sync

Describe the problem:
When I try to connect BTC wallet from ledger it says sync failed even tho my TRON, ETH, and SOL all have synced successfully

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
deleting the wallet and trying again

Hi @shaye

This is a common issue when you use your single address instead of your xpub for BTC wallets. This is explained in Bitcoin, Litecoin, Cardano: No transactions or few txns imported.

Please make sure you are using your xpub. Check out How to get the xpub from different wallets (BRD, Ledger, Jaxx, etc.)
