Describe the problem:
API will not connect. When I click on the wallet it says no issues found, but on the main screen it says "Access Denied, Check your API Keys

Creating a new API, deleting Bitget wallet and adding it back again.

Thanks for the post - yes Bitget API is currently down. Unfortunately. I don’t have an ETA, however, you can follow the bug ticket below for updates.

Thank you for the update! However, when I try to click on the mentioned bug ticket it sends me to Canny, which says I need a Koinly email, and it says I don’t have access? Am I doing something wrong?
@sirJmpr Yes, you would need to sign up! You can sign up using your own personal email account or the one you use for Koinly.
