Is Bybit really supported?

Describe the problem:
I created an api key on Bybit with read rights but Koinly is not able to completely connect to it, I can see 1 transaction but not trades, and I’m seeing this error also:

error sign! origin_string[api_key=xyzk&coin=USDT&recv_window=60000&timestamp=1610306076949]

Your API keys are invalid. Create a new API key on ByBit and update the keys on Koinly.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
