"Access denied: sign signature" error for Bitget - FIXED

Describe the problem:
My Bitget account synched fine the fist 5 days after I connected it. A few days ago it stopped synching, giving me an error:
" Access denied: sign signature error
I tried creating new APIs on Bitget with various permission settings, all 5 of them gave the same error. I also tried deleting my Bitget wallet on Koinly and creating a new one for the same account from scratch, and that didn’t help either. All my API settings on the exchange are correct, what’s causing this issue?

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Bitget

How did you import data into this wallet?
Auto-synch

*What have you tried to fix this so far?

I have the same issue.

Same issue here too. Would love to see a solution

I have the same issue. I have deleted and re-done the Keys multiple times. It still says my Keys are invalid.

I have the same exact issue!

hey guys

I can confirm that there is an issue with the Bitget API. I have chased our tech team for an update and will post back soon!

Hey guys, please follow the above bug ticket for updates.

If you need the data urgently, I would advise getting CSV files instead. You can find instructions here - https://koinly.io/integrations/bitget/
