Bitbuy wallet shows incorrect information

Wallet: Bitbuy (Bitbuy)
Transactions: 81
Imported with: CSV

  1. No crypto deposits found

Describe the problem:
I import all of the .csv’s fom 2020 and 2021 (only years I have been with Bitbuy) into Koinly. My bitbuy account has nothing in it anymore, but the wallet in Koinly is reporting as:
-$277000 and some other coins that I do not have anymore.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Bitbuy

How did you import data into this wallet?
Using the .csv exports from bitbuy, then importing them into the same wallet in Koinly.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Deleted the wallet
Re-imported all the data
Deleted the wallet again
Downloaded the .csv’s again
Imported the data again (all into same wallet)

I keep having similar issues… when I input bitbuy into koinly or into wealthsimple it shows me having a loss of over -$50000 … I am a broke mofo and haven’t invested more than 5k so… bitbuy is funky… also when I looked at some of the transactions it had down insane fees… like 18000%

I am having the same problem. After investing the Bitbuy CSV file, the issue is that Koinly is interpreting the CSV file incorrectly. It is mistaking the coin unit value for the total transaction value, and then trying to calculate the coin unit value with very wrong results.
I sent an email to Bitbuy tonight to notify them of the problem, since their CSV file is supposed to be compatible with Koinly.
