Describe the problem:
Bitbay API sync is on beta currently, hence I tried to manually export CSV file from History > Operations or History > Detailed. But both of the import are KO in Koinly. The file is not recognized by your system

It’s possible that Bitbay has updated the format of their files. To fix this, we will need to see the format of the new files.
Could you contact us at support@koinly.io and attach both of these files? We would then be able to add support for the new format
