Bybit in Koinly shows higher asset balances that in reality

Describe the problem:
Koinly keeps showing higher balances for Bybit than the exchange shows. It seems like the withdrawals are not recorded properly.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Bybit

How did you import data into this wallet?
CSV files

What have you tried to fix this so far?

I deleted the whole exchange from Koinly and imported it from the scratch using the Koinly Instructions and the Bybit detailed export guide. The transactions imported but the balances of some assets do not match reality. They are much higher than the exchange shows, which makes me think that the withdrawals are not importing properly. I tried it more than once and I don’t know what to do now. Could you please help me? Thank you

Hi @JFish

I hope you’re well, thanks for your message. :wave:t2:

There are a couple of issues with ByBit’s CSVs at the moment., including some transactions being skipped:

It’s probably best if you open a ticket so we can check the files/wallets for you:

If you can do that and then let me know the ticket number, I can take a look. :+1:t2:

Hi Karl, thank you so much for your reply! In the meantime, I tried syncing the wallet from scratch with API instead and it worked. It is great that Bybit made the API work again. So, for now, it seems to be fine, the USDT and other assets values finally seem to be reflecting the real amounts.
