Bitbuy reports no longer compatible?

Hello,

Up until April 2024, Koinly’s instructions on how to import Bitbuy transactions was accurate.

However, it now seems like the info on Koinly’s site is outdated since it no longer works. Bitbuy seems to have changed their reporting methods.

For one, Koinly no long allows API sync with Bitbuy.

Secondly, it seems that as of May 2025 onwards, Bitbuy’s reports are only available as monthly PDF reports. Koinly works with importing CSV reports only.

Bitbuy’s website and e-mail support never responds, and their phone support is non existant.

Has anyone found a solution with Koinly on how to get Bitbuy reports sync’ed as of May 2024 onwards?

Koinly does not support PDF files. If that is the only way you can export transactions from the exchange, then you should create a CSV file with the data using an online PDF converter.

We have reported the change you mentioned to the relevant team to look into this. Meanwhile, I suggest you try reaching out to Bitbuy support.
