[301] 301 Moved Permanently nginx

An error occured while trying to sync this wallet. You can try to sync again or contact support if the error persists.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Trust Wallet

How did you import data into this wallet?
I used the Algorand Recieve address

What have you tried to fix this so far?

  1. Looked for a resolution in Koinly’s support documentation
  2. Delete and reinstalled a new Algorand wallet (several times)

Thanks for highlighting this! There is indeed an issue with the Algorand API - our developers are aware of this and a fix has not yet been deployed.

Honestly this is unacceptable. There have been issues syncing with the Algorand main-net on Koinly since January. I had to manually handle almost every transaction in my Algorand wallet even though the main-net is easily read with the API. For the amount of money you charge us this product should not be so flawed. Next tax season I will be moving to a different product as Koinly has been nothing but problem riddled for the past two years.
