301 error (wallet won't sync properly)

The wallet isn’t syncing properly, showing a 301 error.

“An error occured while trying to sync this wallet. You can try to sync again or contact support if the error persists.”

I’ve tried syncing it several times in Koinly, have deleted the wallet and re-added it, still shows the 301 error.

The transactions that are missing purchase history are trivial amounts, and some with no value known.

Any ideas how I can get Koinly to sync the wallet properly?
