Algorand API Sync Issues

Describe the problem:
Continually getting the error code below when trying to sync an Algorand Wallet integrated with Ledger. Working fine previously but not recently. Anyone else? How to fix?

Wallet: Algorand (ALGO) (Algorand (ALGO))
Transactions: 0
Imported with: API

  1. [403] 403 Forbidden nginx
  2. No transactions found

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Algorand on Ledger device

How did you import data into this wallet?
API

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Sync from beginning multiple times. Deleted wallet and started again. Issue persists.

I have the same issue on a new Ledger Algorand address

@Simon_O Well I am sort of pleased it isn’t just me! Let me know if you find a solution - I’ve sent a ticket to Koinly to ask for help.

Same exact issue. Can’t seem to do this by importing csv file either as Koinly doesn’t support Algorand’s Pera wallet. Would be very nice to get this API sync working, otherwise Koinly has been very good so far!

Same. It’s taking way too long to get this sorted.

It’s working now. Thank you!

Apparently they know about the issue and are working on a solution at the minute. No time frame. If anyone from Koinly reads this? Any idea when this will be resolved?

It’s been happening for the last 4 days (at least) so it could be a while yet.

It’s almost been a week now. Any chance for an update from engineering Koinly?

I’m getting quite a backlog of transactions to tag/link when this is fixed.

The issue still persists, is there any update from Koinly team about an estimated date fix?

It’s pretty frustrating to say the least. If we could at least get an ETA I could plan accordingly.

The error seems to have changed today:

“[301] 301 Moved Permanently nginx”

Its a little frustrating. I held off paying for the plan for my first time because of the 404 issue missed the 30% discount, now this. I hope the fix this soon and re-issue the discount.

Hey all

Thank you so much for your patience, we understand that this type of issue can be frustrating.

I will get an update for you from our devs and post back in this thread for you guys.

Hoping for a speedy fix :crossed_fingers:

Best wishes

Ali :rocket:

Any update on this one? It’s been occurring now for 2 weeks without resolution.

@cucumber Hey there bud,

Our developers have advised the ALGO API should now be working fine! Can you please resync your wallet and let me know if you are having issues?

Best wishes!
