Browser crashing when logging in

Website keeps crashing my browser, out of memory exception

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
api sync

What have you tried to fix this so far?
what can i do? its your JavaScript thats crashing my browser

I also have a support ticket open but so far all i got back was a canned response.

There are no reported issues at the moment, nor are any users coming about it.

Please perform some troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve the issues:

• Hard refresh website (Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R, Command on Mac)
• Visit the website below, which will clear the cache stored on Cloudflare: http://api.koinly.io/cf
• Clear the browser’s cache and cookies
• Try a fresh browser profile (no extensions, user connected)
• Turn off your VPN, firewalls and/or any antivirus programs that are not OS-related
