XinFin (XDC) error "Access denied: Account is not found!"

Describe the problem:
I have a Ledger XDC wallet. It has been syncing fine for several weeks but recently started throwing this error upon sync:
“Access denied: Account is not found!”

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Ledger XinFin (XDC) wallet

How did you import data into this wallet?
I created a new wallet link to the public address of my Ledger XinFin (XDC) wallet

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Deleted wallet in Koinly and re-added two times with my public wallet address.
No luck thus far.
