XDC issue. CSV blank, no data with known wallet

Describe the problem:
One of my XDC wallets which is a public address on D’CENT is not showing any transactions at all in csv.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

XDC on D’CENT
How did you import data into this wallet?

Have tried syncing public address in Koinly and Blockscan csv generator. Both blank even though I know I sent XDC to it from Coinspot acc and it is currently showing a balance on D’CENT App/Hard Device.

What have you tried to fix this so far?

I’ve deleted the wallet link in Koinly, then copied and pasted the address into Koinly again. Synced. Nothing, it is showing it to be empty. Ive then tried getting a csv from Blockscan to use instead. Its also saying that there is no activity on the address but on Blockscan it does show the balance correctly.
