XDC not syncing

i have 3 wallets for on dcent wallet , im trying to sync in xdc none are syncing i put the wallet address into koinly but it wont work , error message bellow can you help .

Wallet: XinFin (XDC)dcent 2 (XinFin (XDC))
Transactions: 0
Imported with: API

  1. [404] Error Cannot GET /txs/listByAccount/xdc3597f717922c4f420b8cd4e6f2e65c7bb662a459
  2. No transactions found

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
