How do I figure out if the timezone needs to be changed when uploading CSV files and would the dates being mm/dd/yyyy on the CSV affect the transactions when In Australia dates are written as dd/mm/yyyy?
Usually koinly can figure out the dates, what error are you getting and where did you download the file from?
As a a few examples, I’ve got a transaction on the 12th of Feb (12/02/2020) which is listed as 02/12/2020 on the CSV and its being picked up on koinly as the transaction being placed this year on the 2nd of December, another with the date 12th of March (12/03/2020) being picked up as the 3rd of December and I believe as alot of dates don’t exsist due to the formatting they aren’t being picked up correctly or at all
I know I can manually change each date on the CSV but I was just wondering if there is a faster way to sort it out as that is time consuming
Click on the Request Assistance button after importing the file and we can look into it.
I found out Bittrex uses Pacific Time so I ended up re-uploading everything using pacific time which sorted out all the errors but the CSV’s don’t have deposit/withdraw and I can’t find a way to download a CSV with deposits/withdrawals, would I have to make my own CSV or simply add each deposit/withdrawal with each date?
