This is a Swyftx bug, not Koinly- but it’s useful to know if you are using Swyftx and Koinly. When downloading a csv file from Swyftx, the timestamp is incorrect resulting in transfers to other wallets not automatically reconciling in Koinly. Swyftx is trying to be clever by adjusting the time stamp to match the time zone of the computer that you download the csv file to. The only thing is that they have a sign error on the different in local time to Brisbane time, resulting in the time stamps being out by 2x the time difference. This solution worked for me:
- Set the time zone on your computer to Brisbane (the location of Swyftx)
- download tax report as csv file
- import csv file into Koinly using Brisbane as the time zone.
