Updating Gains Performance | FTX API

Good day,

I’m having issues with the following on Koinly:

  • Updating gains can take 2+ hours. It completely slows down the process and forces me to do a little bit everyday and then wait for the next day. Is there any work in progress to fix this performance issue?
  • FTX API incorrectly imports derivate transaction data. It’s a total mess to the point where I will be forced to manually import the transactions.

Both of the above problems are not experienced at competitors such as cryptotaxcalculator.io. I would hate to migrate over there as it will be a lot of work but if these issues are not fixed then I don’t think I will have much of a choice.
