After logging in the “updating gains” message appears in the bottom left corner of website. The page then times out / logs me out and I cannot access my wallets, transactions, or tax reports. Saw one report of this being caused by a significant increase in server traffic due to the upcoming tax deadlines. Please offer steps to correct.
I’ve tried clearing all cookies/cache/etc…switched browsers…tried different computers…nothing seems to work…just seems to be stuck trying to “update my gains”.
i have the same issue - i’m wondering if i should just wait patiently? could it take hours?
