Page stuck on updating gains all day after adding binance (approx 30K transactions)

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
I have now removed binance and want to reimport

Removed Binance wallet, to add again.

Is there any actual active support for Koinly? I have now decided to delete all data and start again scrapping 1a days work of adding wallets and checking transactions and it is still trying to calculate gains. The chat bot doesnt work - how else can support be reached?
