Cardando import address no transactions found

Describe the problem:
I’m trying to import my wallet transactions for cardano stored on ledger but when i put the wallet address in it keeps saying 0 transactions found

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

Ledger wallet for cardano
How did you import data into this wallet?
Putting the wallet address into coinly to sync

What have you tried to fix this so far?

Deleting wallet and starting again. Trying to import using xpub address. Xpub listed as not a valid address and second attempt of wallet sync led to same outcome, no transactions found

Is there any chance you’ve had time to look at this yet? The very latest cut off date for getting my tax return in is not far away, lodging after will leave me open to a fine!
