Describe the problem:
Unable to merge 3 transactions that are actually part of the same Ethereum transaction (Transaction Hash 0x1390416f3b9329ea30f3ef0b1358de9d84c63892efaa0524a7650750764896ba). When I try to merge the 2 Deposit and 1 Send transaction I get an error message “Unable to Merge”
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

Merging in Koinly must follow a particular set of rules, and its not always possible to merge 3 transactions.
From looking at the transaction on etherscan, it seems to be a mint of 2 NFTs is that correct?
Instead of merging all 3 transactions, when minting/purchasing multiple NFTs you must instead “assign a worth”.
In this instance, you would divide the cost basis of the Eth between the 2 NFTs. You can assign the worth by clicking the 3 dots on the right of the NFT deposit and selecting “Edit”. Here you will see the option to “change worth”.
An example below from a test account, here you would divide the $1,462.73 between the two minted NFTs.
