Transfers listed as Deposits

I use the Binance Exchange and purchased the supported SFP S1 Hard Wallet.

I had a friend explain the process and walk me through test transfers between the Binance Exchange and the SFP S1 using SafePal (SFP) and Ripple (XRP). SFP uses the BEP20 Binance Blockchain for transfer and Ripple uses the Ripple Blockchain for Transfer. These Blockchains were then added to Koinly as Wallets (as per the guide) to enable Koinly to see these transactions.

The SFP Transactions and their listing by Koinly have not been so successful. (SFP uses the Binance BEP20 Blockchain for Transfer and not it’s own Blockchain)

There is minimal documentation for the SFP S1 Wallet so we initially tried to transfer between the Binance Exchange (Hot Wallet) and the SFP Soft Wallet on my phone, then transferring from the SFP Soft Wallet to the SFP S1 Hard Wallet. Each transfer incurred a transaction fee (of 0.07 SFP) Then we realised we could transfer straight between the Binance Exchange and the SFP S1 Hard Wallet.

I made the following Transactions:
21/03/21 04:47 Transfer 5 SFP from Binance to SFP Soft Wallet.
Koinly saw this as a Withdrawal at Profit. (transfer fee of 0.07 SFP)

21/03/21 04:55 Transfer of remaining 4.93 SFP from SFP Soft Wallet to SFP Hard Wallet (transfer fee of 0.07 SFP). Koinly reported Missing Purchase History for the 4.93 SFP. SFP Token used (Grey Circle).

21/03/21 11:32 Transfer of 5 SFP from Binance Exchange directly to SFP S1 Hard Wallet (transfer fee of 0.07 SFP). Seen by Koinly as a Deposit with no market price at this date.

Koinly did not seem to understand the transfer between the software wallet and the hardware wallet even with the addresses provided.

Koinly only seems to recognise the Binance Exchange as a Hash number (recognised as Binance: Hot Wallet when using the BSCScan Link)

Are SFP Transactions to and from the Binance Exchange using the BEP20 Blockchain always going to be so messy and cumbersome?

The Ripple Transactions included an initial transfer of 25 XRP from the Binance Exchange (subtracting a one time Account Activation fee of 20XRP, and a deposit of the remainder (less the transfer fee) into the SFP hardware wallet. Then a second transfer of 50 XRP from Binance into the Hardware Wallet {less the transfer fee), and then a Transfer of 50 XRP from the SFP Hardware Wallet back into the Binance Exchange (less the transfer fee).

All transfers listed correctly with Koinly as Transfers between Binance and the Ripple Wallet in my SFP S1 with no complications.

I am having the same issue with transfers to a Ledger Nano. I would love to use Koinly but this makes me look elsewhere.

Apparently you can select both transactions (withdrawal and deposit) then link them to give a transfer.

I have a similar issue. With my .csv file, im input a negative amount for a withdraw, and even add a label for it to be a withdraw, once the file is imported it treats it as a deposit to the account (effectively doubling my holdings when they should be 0 for that wallet). Koinly seems unable to really handle proper (at least according to their own guidelines) .csv imports it seems.
