Hello , ive tried support a few times on this but i cant seem to get a solid answer on this.
I have a pro account, and have paid for 130k additional transactions for 2021.
The problem is my koinly account stops accepting data at 100k transactions.
I would really love to continuing using Koinly for my crypto taxes but this hard limit prevents me from doing so. I’ve spent 1500$ on my Koinly plan this year and have already paid for next year.
This issue is made worst by issues ive had with Kucoin data that has caused me to have to import this via CSV rather than API. The difference here is the CSV contains all of my trades vs just my filled orders which is what the API returns. This results in my Kucoin transaction count almost being doubled which eats in to my transaction limit.
Im really hoping someone from Koinly can help me here. Im happy to pay for higher limits and i really prefer koinly over some of the other solutions. If this cant be resolve do i have any recourse here spending almost 2k on a service that im now unable to use .
