Check the missing purchase history error in your wallet first. If it is for an insignificant amount, you can ignore it. In this case, to view the error, you may need to set the “dust value threshold” in your Koinly account settings to 0.
If the missing amount is significant, first try a full resync as explained in the guide below. If that does not fix it, delete and recreate your wallet using the CSV import method.
