Missing Transactions from Purchase History

I am trying to complete my tax return in Australia. I am getting a message saying there are 2 transactions missing.

One is from Binance, the other Swyftx. The missing balances in Binance are minuscule. The missing balance from Swyftx is large.

The data was imported into Koinly following the steps in Swyftx and Binance.

This my first time dealing with this issue. I would like to manually update the data but I don’t know how to. Do you have the steps for this? And does anyone know whether the minuscule balances in Binance need to be rectified or can they be ignored for Australian tax purposes?

Thank you.

Hi @Microstrategy

If you have no manual transactions in the wallet and have been using the API to import transactions, we recommend resyncing the wallet from the beginning (hard-sync).

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, try the CSV import method.

If you decide to go this route:

  1. Follow the instructions on our Integration page to export the necessary files.

  2. Avoid mixing API and CSV imports in the same wallet. Instead, create a new wallet and import the CSV files into it.

  3. Compare the two wallets. If the CSV wallet provides a more accurate record of your transactions, you can delete the old API wallet.
