Missing purchase history on Swyftx

I had this come up, I haven’t withdrawn any crypto so that’s fine it’s the second part about no record of my purchase of 2.8… ETH. No idea why or how to resolve but don’t want to pay tax as though I got them for free as I certainly didn’t and have only used Swyftx. Any advice very welcomed. Thanks.

The issue was with the wrong timestamp of an imported transaction. Editing it fixed the issue.
