"Start import from" not working

Describe the problem:

I had too many small transactions, so I moved the “start import from” in API settings to e.g. yesterday. Synced again. First, nothing changes. It was still showing the full transaction history. Then, did “delete existing transactions” and synced again. Then, no transactions would appear (I am 100% positive the account actually has had some transaction in that date period).

Also tried deleting the account and re-importing, no luck.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

Polkadot, ETH, Moonbeam

Note: I most want to use Koinly at the time being to track my existing balances, so the historical transactions is not relevant.
