Revolut - sync only last week.

Describe the problem:
Auto sync only data from last week. (119 transactions) - all imported data is ok.
Import from an Excel file don’t pull any coin information. showing transaction as Cost or Deposit. (220 transactions for 2022)

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
Auto sync
Import from Excel file.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I tried to delete and create a new wallet - the same issue as the above for auto-sync and excel import.

Thank you for letting us know what you’ve done to troubleshoot.

At this time our dev team is working on this fix with the API not bringing in crypto transactions. I don’t yet have an ETA on when this will be complete, though please connect with our support team and request to be notified once we have this live and ready to go! you’ll immediately receive notice once the dev team has completed their magic.

As the current solution we have the CSV method that can be used to move the ball forward (section 4 in the integration guide).

We’ll have instructions in the guide on how to integrate Revolut with Koinly CSV files as well in the guide above.

(If downloading direct from your account) Many users report having issues with downloading a CSV file from Revolut that includes their entire transaction history. If this is the case for you, you can contact Revolut support who will be able to provide you with a complete transaction history CSV file.
