Seed Investment Cost Basis

Describe the problem:

I receive tokens periodically from seed investments. In these cases, the cost basis is not the same as the time I get them delivered to my wallet. Are there any techniques to specify this in Koinly? The software interprets the market price from the time I am sent the tokens as their cost basis, which is incorrect.

Hey @Zemm

If the worth is different from the market value on the date received, then you can just Edit the deposit and enter a USD value that you believe to be correct.

The process is similar to the one for tokens with no market value - see the article attached.
