Would love support on this. Here’s a problem I’m seeing. A binance US trade that I (imported data using CSV files after initially trying to use their API) shows the CORRECT cost bases when I purchased ETH multiple times on binance US…So should be all good…however when I later some this ETH for USD the cost basis was incorrect (Eth was now priced dramatically lower).
Example: I buy 0.5 ETH for $1800 USD and then buy another 0.5 ETH for $2200 an hour later…(both initial cost basis are correctly shown in Koinly)…the next day I sell 1.0 ETH for USD for $1900 USD BUT now has a cost basis of $600 (which was not possible as ETH price was never that low)… therefore the system registers a profit of $1300 instead of a loss of $100. Any idea on how to correct this?? The data recorded prior to this transaction are all correct and I can’t edit the cost basis of the sold token on Koinly. How would you fix this? ty
