Describe the problem:

I forgot my password and can’t login. I’ve clicked the “forgot password” link multiple times, and the system says it’s sending me an email to reset my password, but I never receive anything.

Double check the email you are checking vs the email you created your Koinly account with. Also, check the spam folder as the email may be found there.
