Cannot reset password not login

Describe the problem:
I created an account months ago. I try to access with my user and password, the website shows a message that they are not valid.
Then I click on forgot my password and type in my email. A message saying that an email was sent is shown. However I never receive a message

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I tried all this and it does not work:

  1. Attempt to reset my password at app koinly io/forgot. The email is not send at first nor second try.
  2. these steps:
    • Clear Cloudflare cache
    • Use a different browser
    • Try accessing Koinly on another device
    • I’m not using VPN. Neither iOS (I use Android)

This usually happens when you used a different email address to create your Koinly account, but I cannot troubleshoot that from here.
Please reach out to our support team via the in-app chat to investigate the issue and get back to you. Meanwhile, double-check the address and try to look for the initial welcome email Koinly sends when you create an account.

If I want to reset my password I can’t enter into the app and ask for assistance. Don’t you have better solutions? I know the email is correct
