Sorry to hear that you still cannot generate a report.
In this case, please try the following;
- Find the most recent transaction in your Koinly account
- Select it, and then choose the “soft-delete” option at the bottom
- Now, restore the transaction by selecting it again and clicking “restore deleted”
This should kick-start the gains process, and not start it all the way from the beginning
