Our team has this fix on the roadmap thanks to your mention. I don’t yet have an ETA on when it will be resolved, though for everyone wanting this to be expedited, please add your vote here. You’ll immediately receive a notification once it’s ready to go!
In the meantime, the efficient alternative is importing the CSV files from PivX into Koinly.

It’s seems that this is a bug in Ledger Live. The receiving address when clicking the button “Receive” is different from what is displayed in the actual transaction history. No idea why and it’s slightly concerning.
