Oops, something went wrong

Describe the problem:
Seems like the whole app isnt working for me, all API keys are brand new, files I’m trying to upload are failing to upload, whenever I click Tax Reports I get this error:

And whenever I’m trying to upload a cvs file I get this error: “Oops, something went wrong.”

Is there any way to fix what’s going on?
With 4 API keys balance still is showing 0 and 0 transactions

Tried creating a new account, same issue
Tried deleting portfolio and adding all keys again, same issue
