I added an API key for OKCoin and your interface says zero transaction.

Importing CSV directly which also fails.
Me too! Same thing. It’s annoying. Looks like one month later no one at Koinly replied. Although it’s probably more of a OkCoin thing? Either way, grrrr.
I had the same problem. The only way around it appears to be downloading csv documents from OKCoin. But because OKCoin doesn’t make anything simple, the documents are a total mess and Koinly can’t accept them. So you basically have to piece together your own csv from the data they give you.
