Describe the problem: Not able to import the order history file from coindcx into jointly

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding? Coindcx

How did you import data into this wallet? Downloaded the order history from coindcx and was uploading the file to into this

What have you tried to fix this so far? Tried reuploading it again but it wasn’t working

As mentioned in our instructions, the file you need is the “Trade Report”:

You will receive an error if you upload any other file than this. If you have issues with the Trade Report file, then reach out to our support team and attach the original unopened Trade Report.
