Hello,
I am trying to synchronize all my trades with koinly.io, but after correct pairing with API it returns an error message. (Coinmate requires beta access) So, i tried export my transaction history as CSV and import the file, but there is some problem with file format and import also failed. Is it possible to do something to correct import my trade/withdrawal/deposit history?

I tried to import CSV, edit CSV and reimport, but problem remains.

The Coinmate API is in development so it is not active yet.
The CSV files should work though so that is strange. Could you send us an email to support@koinly.io and attach your CSV file? Our team can help you import the file and we would also ask our dev team to fix the importers if the format is not being recognized (can happen if Coinmate has updated the format).
