No ability to see past the top 25 matching tokens in manual transaction

Is there a way to see more than the top 25 matching token names when adding a manual transaction?

I just bought 3 NFTs called Martian Premier League, then sold 1 about an hour later, and Koinly imports the data from ETH network which is good. It shows the three as individual deposits and one payment, then one sale and withdrawal. I can’t join these three deposits so I was going to soft delete them all and create one exchange transaction. The deposits and sale show the token as MPL which is good. But I cannot get to the MPL token name myself in a manual transaction.

If I type MPL I get the top 25 out of 59 possible options, but there is nothing else I can type to get to the remaining items. There is no other longer name I can use like “martian premier league”. So I can never manually select the right token as the import used, and I’ll be forced to switch them all to something like NFT10. This will mean that6 the next sale will not line up and I’ll need to change that too.

So is there a way to see ALL the options, not just the top 25?

Hi datack. I am having a similar issue when I have minted multiple NFT in one single transaction. Koinly show me 2 NFT deposit transaction for one send (purchase) transaction. When selecting the 3 transaction to merge them and creating an exchange, the UI says that I’m successful but the merge actually does not happen. I’ve reached out to support and waiting to hear back fro m them as I could not find a solution about this yet.

Were you able to find a way to manually create your exchange from your multiple transactions?

On this screenshot I’m showing my initial state (top left), then what I do to merge (top right) and then getting the successful merge message. Though the 3 transcaction aren’t merging after I get the success message.

Hey there. No I couldn’t do the merge same as you. So I jst soft deleted all three transactions and created a manual one. I still have the issue that I can’t manually select the right NFT due to the display limitations, so I had to select one of the more basic NFT00 tokens.

Hello!

Alex from Koinly here

You can use the token address from etherscan.io to search for the correct currency in Koinly.
If it doesn’t find anything then we unfortunately don’t have it available as a currency yet.

As for joining several deposits with one send; this is unfortunately not supported, but you can merge the three deposits first, and then merge the result with the send.

For NFTs this doesn’t work as you can’t merge them, so in that case the payment to mint must be split into an equal number of “Send” transactions as the number of NFTs minted. The amount per “Send” payment transaction should be the total amount paid divided by the number of NFTs minted.

We’re working on some improvements to this area, so hopefully this will not be a problem for much longer

Best regards,
Alex

Hi Alexander,
This is really a bug. When I type the name of a coin in the search field, it tells me showing 25 of 3443 result. Type for more…
But I already type and if I type again nothing more happen.

I have a coin called SUSHI with a grey logo that was added by scanning my binance chain address, so it used by Koinly but I can’t find it in the list. There is another coin also called the exact same name but with the right suchi swap logo which is used when the coin is sent on Binance via the same chain. So they should be the same coin in fact.
