Near wallet - not importing data

One of my Near wallets is not importing data. I’ve tried syncing many times. I have also deleted the wallet and tried re-syncing.

Another wallet is not importing data and showing the following error: [500] 500 Internal Server Error nginx/1.18.0 (Ubuntu)

Wallet: NEAR 14 (NEAR)
