MEXC Transaction History issues

Describe the problem:
My Futures Order History and Futures Fund Flow History has not imported properly.
1540 transactions skipped on FuturesOrders
11403 Transactions skipped on Futures Fund Flow
My reporting is completely wrong

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
MEXC Futures

How did you import data into this wallet?
CSV import

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Tried reconfiguring the file, but then it skipped all transactions

Make sure you have followed the instructions in the MEXC integration guide to export the files that we need.

Futures Trades CSV file (required only if you have traded with Futures)

  1. Log in to MEXC.
  2. In the top right corner, select orders.
  3. From the drop-down menu, select futures order.
  4. Select the order history tab.
  5. Select Export.
  6. Select a date range. This should cover your entire trading history on MEXC, so you may need to multiple CSV files.
  7. Select generate.

If you’ve traded futures you’ll also need your Futures Fund Flow CSV file.

  1. Log in to MEXC.
  2. In the top right corner, select orders.
  3. From the drop-down menu, select capital flow.
  4. Select export fund flow.
  5. Select a date range. This should cover your entire trading history on MEXC, so you may need to multiple CSV files.
  6. Select export.

If you have the correct files but you still have issues importing them, please reach out to our support team and attach the original unopened files into your message.
