Mexc missing purchase history

The problem happens only with mexc excange: I imported all of the necessary files (trade history, deposit withdrawal - was checking the time period carefully to make sure that all of them are there) - this was 6 months ago, and now I did it again (i wanted to make sure its up to date) and now I have missing purchase history everywhere, why please? I double checked all of the imported files, I even did the API this time but that’s limited. What Can I do in order to fix these things? Can not import more files now. Thank you.

MEXC’s API has quite a few limitations (API Sync: Exchange API limitations), which is why we recommend the CSV import method:

However, it seems like you have used both API and CSV in your wallet which is what we advise against as it results in duplicate transaction.

You shouldn’t mix API and CSV so to fix this, you can delete and recreate the wallet or disable the API and delete all the API imported transactions.
