Did you use the xpub key or your single address?
If the latter, then that is a common issue mentioned in the article below:
Bitcoin, Litecoin, Cardano: No transactions or few txns imported
If the former and you have missing transactions, share your xpub key with me with the TxHash of one missing transaction so that I can investigate.
