How did you import data into this wallet?
By following your instructions on how to set up auto sync. Note that transactions for other coins such as Stellar, Etherium and tokens appeared just fine when done exactly the same way.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
Deleted and recreated the wallets for these coins. Had no effect.
