Kucoin / Koinly - High volume of missing purchase History

Describe the problem:
Koinly is not integrating properly with Kucoin and there are substantial missing purchase histories. The errors go back to the beginning of 2021. Many of my colleagues are also having the same problem. It seems that the API it is failing to pick up withdrawals and deposits in the API and transfers between the main account and trading account. Adding in a CSV file then causes duplicates that are not picked up. Really need to fix this as currently this integration is entirely unusable in its current state! Any support on this would be appreciated!

Uploading CSV files - however there are still many missing purchase histories and duplicates are being created.

There is an issue with the KuCoin API at the moment, but we have a fix for this coming out tonight if all goes well!

So please try re-syncing the KuCoin tomorrow and you should find it working much better :slight_smile:

The update has certainly improved the accuracy, but unfortunately there is still substantial amount of transasctions missing that the API is failing to pick up. It could be something to do with if the user deposits funds directly into the trading account the API is not able to pick it up. Is there any chance someone could take a look at this?
