Kucoin API missing lots of data

Describe the problem:
I’m using the API for kucoin. While the API is working, lots of transactions are missing, all from 2020.

What have you tried to fix this so far?

I reached out to kucoin support and they told me that they try to provide only 6 months of data. They also generated the history for me and emailed me a CSV with all my trade and transfer history.
