Kraken API Access denied message in Koinly

Describe the problem:
Access denied check your API keys

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Kraken

How did you import data into this wallet?
Same as all the others, create API key and secret key and add in to Koinly

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Everything, have tried multiple tick box options in Kraken and have tried numerous new API keys. The weird thing is Koinly has inputted my one and only transaction so far but is reporting the error message?

Same issue here. My deposits appear but I get the error and it shows no trades Ticked the sensible options when generating the API key!

Experiencing same issue. Apparently, there is little to no real support here. Solution: use a different coin tracker app.
